Professional Position Information
Associate Dean of Student Engagement
The Office of Residence Life is comprised of various professional positions that allow our resident students to thrive. The majority of our staff is live-in professionals who dedicate countless hours to make sure the residential campus is a well maintained and engaged community. The Associate Dean works to create positive relationships with other members of the faculty and staff will assist in this process.
Residence Life Professional Staff
The majority of our staff are live-in professionals who work to enhance the Drew experience. The Coordinators of Residential Engagement accomplish their goals by promoting mutual respect, and understanding in a diverse and open community. Furthermore, programming, mediating and resolving conflicts, advising students about University resources, and acting as a liaison between students and other University offices.
CREs identify issues, concerns and problems for individuals and groups and designating and coordinating an appropriate approach can be complex.
