The Offices of Residence Life and Student Activities have partnered to offer storage space for student clubs and organizations.
14 cabinets in McLendon Room 116 are available to be used for club storage. Clubs must be Drew University recognized groups complete an electronic application to request a storage cabinet; the application is available below.
Once approved, clubs will be notified of their assigned storage cabinet number. Cabinets are assigned for the duration of the academic year. Clubs must apply for a storage cabinet at the end of each academic year, for the following year.
Accessing the Storage Cabinets:
The key to the Storage Space may be signed out at the Office of Student Activities front desk for a two-hour time frame, during regular business hours.
Business Hours for Student Activities are:
Monday – Thursday: 9 AM – 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
If Room 116 is being used for a meeting you may not access the storage cabinets at that time.

Storage cabinets must be cleaned out and emptied by the middle of May
Items that Cannot be Stored:
- Prohibited items include all items listed in Daniel’s Dictionary in the Residence Life Section (section i) and alcohol.
- Perishable items
- Personal items, including but not limited to: clothing and personal belongings
