February 2023 – Since 1976, February has been officially designated as Black History Month in the U.S. 

Drew University is proud to celebrate Black History Month as we continue to recognize, celebrate, and honor the significant achievements by members of the Black community.

To reflect upon the importance of the month, Drew students, alums, faculty, and staff have shared what Black History Month signifies to them and how we can use this time as a teaching and learning opportunity.
