The Drew Gooders
We’ve devoted this issue to the legions of Drew graduates who serve others through their work with all manner of nonprofit organizations. Two of them teach in rural Mississippi through Teach For America. Another fights famine in Africa. One founded an organization devoted to combatting domestic violence. Another helps families devastated by natural disasters.
It’s with good reason we like to refer to the Rev. William J. Barber II T’03 and his selfless colleagues as the Drew Gooders.
