Drew University students who are parties to an incident of alleged misconduct under the Drew University Title IX Policy and who do not wish to proceed with a formal investigation and live hearing, may instead seek the University’s assistance to resolve allegations of Title IX-covered misconduct through an Informal Resolution process.

Informal resolution is a procedure designed to eliminate the conduct at issue, prevent its recurrence, and remedy its effects in a manner that meets the expressed preference of the Complainant and the safety and welfare of the campus community.
