Democracy does not exist if people do not participate. There is power in using your body to affirm your values and fight for justice publicly. There is power in using your vote to make your voice heard and hold your elected officials accountable. This training strives to prevent, reduce, and eliminate barriers to voting and civic participation, especially in communities of color and low-income communities. We strive to ensure that everyone eligible can vote and that every vote counts. This interactive training will educate young people on the importance of their vote and voting rights and empower them to support their fellow community members in exercising the power of their vote.
