This option is for avoiding duplicate mailings to a single household. Selecting Yes combines married/partnered constituents into one row on the spreadsheet and addresses both, e.g., "Mr. Daniel Drew and Mrs. Roxanna Mead Drew." This grouping method is not used for emails.
