Opens Tuesday, September 29, with Mike Breen and Walt “Clyde” Frazier
September 2026 – Drew University has announced the full four-event 2026-27 Drew Forum season at Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC).
As previously announced, the series will kick off with New York Knicks broadcasters Mike Breen and Walt “Clyde” Frazier on Tuesday, September 29, at 7:30 pm. The event will be moderated by ESPN and MSG Network NBA analyst Alan Hahn. The evening will also feature surprise guests from the Knicks’ 2026 championship team, who will join Breen and Frazier for a special segment during the final 30 minutes of the program.
Tickets for the event are $45-101 (all fees included) and can be purchased at MayoArts.Org, or by calling the MPAC Box Office at 973-539-8008.
The kickoff event will be followed with an exciting slate of speakers. Tickets for all events will go on sale this Thursday, September 24.
On Monday, November 2, Hollywood star Michael Douglas will join the Drew Forum. The Oscar-, Emmy-, and Golden Globe-winning actor and producer is releasing his long-awaited memoir, One Helluva Drive, on October 6, 2026. The event will be moderated by television journalist and host for Turner Classic Movies Ben Mankiewicz. A special ticket package will be available to receive a signed copy of Douglas’ book.
In the season’s third event, the Drew Forum will welcome sports talk media icons Mike Francesa and Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo on Monday, March 15, for a lively discussion.
The final event will feature New York Times op-ed columnist Bret Stephens and New York Times journalist and bestselling author Frank Bruni in a discussion moderated by Drew University President Hilary Link on Tuesday, April 27.
From past and future presidents and vice presidents, to comedians, sports figures, journalists, and Pulitzer Prize-winning historians, each year the Drew Forum cedes the stage to unique perspectives, thought leaders, and changemakers.
