Haselton Hall
Haselton Hall is a co-ed style building with three floors containing 4 single rooms, 40 double rooms, and 3 triple rooms. On each floor there are two male and two female communal bathrooms per floor, each has toilets, shower stalls, and sinks. The bathrooms are cleaned by the custodial staff. Trash and recycling bins are located in the middle of each floor. Each room has an individual heating/AC unit with a thermostat. Residents may not switch between AC and heat at will; they can only control the amount of cool air in the summer or warm air in the winter.
Other facilities within the hall include large lounges on the fourth floor and in the basement level; full kitchen on the fourth floor; one additional public restroom, laundry facilities and vending machines in the basement level; all five floors connected by an elevator. Eberhardt Hall or Townhouses
Eberhardt Efficiencies or Townhouses house up to five residents per unit and are home to the Theme Houses. All efficiencies have one bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower/tub and a kitchen with a microwave, cabinets, counter, sink, and fridge. Each efficiency is responsible for the upkeep of its own bathroom, kitchen and storage closet.
The garbage area is housed in a shed, there are a set of garbage and recycling bins for all Eberhardt residents to use. Townhouse 6 is the laundry area, it also houses a small lounge area and a public restroom.
Riker Hall
Riker Hall is a quad-style building containing 21 sets of four connected singles (aka Singles Quads); 14 sets of two connected doubles (aka Doubles Quads); 8 sets of two connected singles (aka Duplexes). Each duplex, singles quad, and doubles quad has it’s own bathroom with toilet, shower stall, two sinks, cabinets, and mirrors. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their own bathrooms, but toilet paper can be supplied by the university. Trash and recycling bins located in niches on each floor. Temperature is held constant throughout the building by a constant flow of regulated area through the ventilation system.
Other facilities within the hall include one male and one female public restroom per floor; vending machines, laundry facility and full kitchen in basement level; and one lounge in the basement level and two on every other level. Some lounges have a microwave and sink, others have power strips, ethernet ports, etc., one has a pool table on the first level. Baldwin Hall
Baldwin Hall is a traditional style building with three floors containing 19 single rooms; 38 double rooms. Baldwin houses one of the wellness/substance-free housing. There is one male and one female communal bathroom per floor, each of which has toilets, shower stalls, sinks and are cleaned by the custodial staff. Trash and recycling bins are located on the landings outside each floor in the main staircase. Each room has an individual heating/AC unit with a thermostat. Residents cannot switch between AC and heat at will; they can only control the amount of cool air in the summer or warm air in the winter.
Other facilities within the hall include large lounge off the main lobby and one in the basement level. Full kitchen, two public restrooms and laundry facilities in basement level; vending machines in a niche on the first floor, as well as there being a wheelchair lift that connects the foyer, first floor, and basement levels.
