Tilghman International Center Workshops
We at the Tilghman International Student Center take extraordinary pride in the many unique workshops and co-curricular programs that we offer to our international students. These programs help our students get more acclimated to the U.S. culture, provide them with opportunities to improve their English communication skills, and foster a sense of belonging amongst the international community at Drew.

OPT Workshop January 25th
Optional Practical Training (OPT) is a work authorization for F-1 international students that is used after a student has graduated from their program. Students can apply 90 days before the program end date on I20.

Once a year, ISSS invites immigration law group, Nachman, Phulwani, Zimovcak (NPZ) law Group on campus to discuss F1 students’ path to the Green Card. This session covers how to navigate U.S. immigration law and receive specific paths to U.S. permanent residency
