All full time students are required to have health insurance coverage.  Eligible students are able to purchase health insurance from University Health Plans.   To enroll in the student insurance plan, complete the enrollment form on the University Health Plans website.   To download a brochure, or to find out specific information about the plan, go to the website or call 1-800-437-6448.

Students who already have health insurance may waive the student insurance.   Students not enrolling in the school sponsored plan must provide evidence of other comparable insurance. To waive out of the student insurance plan, complete the waiver form on the University Health Plans website.

Students that fail to enroll or waive the plan by the deadline will automatically be billed for the student insurance plan on their tuition bill. All waivers and enrollments must be done each academic school year–the previous year’s enrollment status will not carry over from year to year.
