Work With Us

At the moment, all Helpdesk positions are filled.

When we have space, we are interested in hiring students, both work-study and non-work-study eligible, who would like to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with members of the Drew community on the phone and in person (taking safety protocols into account). Prior experience with technology support, networking and/or customer service is beneficial but not required. As long as you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach you.

Helpdesk: Students in this area are responsible for helping students, staff, and faculty in person and over the phone with software installation, account support, hardware support (for Drew recommended and issued computers and phones), and other IT related end-user support. Media Resource Center (MRC): This area provides media services for academic, administrative and events programming. Services include: installed and portable video projection, audio production with installed and portable PA systems, HD video recording, multi-camera live streaming and media classroom operations.
A valid driver’s license is required for MRC positions. Many flexible hours are available, including evenings and weekends. Work study is preferred.

Instructional Technology Center (ITC)

This area serves faculty and students by sharing technology skills for teaching and learning. Students will do basic troubleshooting and training for Moodle, Google Apps for Education and Microsoft Office, as well as supporting large scale poster printing and scanning documents into PDF files for faculty use.
