Tolley and Brown Hall

The Tolley/Brown Complex is a designated First-Year Hall Complex.

Tolley and Brown Hall are both three story buildings with full basements. This is a traditional style hall and all floors are co-ed, with the exception of a single gender female floor in Brown. Each hall has multiple individualized bathrooms located on every floor containing a toilet, sink, and shower. All rooms are furnished with extra-long twin beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, a micro-fridge and closets. The basements of both Halls contain laundry rooms that are free for residents.

Tolley Hall and Brown Hall are connected by a large lounge that boasts high ceilings, lots of tables and seating, foosball and pingpong tables, public restrooms, and wall length windows that look out to the patio and The Forest. Students from Tolley and Brown Hall enjoy a spacious meeting room for studying or watching TV and an outdoor patio for activities and programs. For those who enjoy cooking and baking or love a late night snack, the lounge has its own kitchenette and vending machines, including one for hot food.

Welch Hall

Welch Hall is a designated First-Year Hall.

Welch Hall is part of the Welch/Holloway Complex which is located between the Forum, University Commons and other dorms, including the Tolley/Brown Complex. Welch Hall and Holloway Hall are connected by a large lounge where residents gather to study, watch TV, relax, and enjoy programs. There is a kitchenette attached to the lounge where students are welcome to cook and bake. The Welch/Holloway Complex has two patios with tables located on the front and back where residents can hang out to socialize.

Welch Hall is a three story building with a basement. All floors are co-ed. Each floor has a small lounge with a kitchenette area that contains a sink and a microwave, which is accessible 24/7. All rooms are furnished with extra-long twin beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, a micro-fridge and closets. This hall has multiple individualized bathrooms located on every floor containing a toilet, sink, and shower. The basement contains a laundry room that is free for residents.
