Commonly Used Technology Services
Website-based services like Google (Mail, Drive, Calendar), Banner, and Moodle can always be reached from on and off campus. Although written with employees stuck at home in mind, the information and instructions linked from this “Working From Home” page in U-KNOW may be helpful. We have also collected information on specific topics and tools at our Teaching, Learning and Working Remotely pages.
If You Need Help
You can always email ux@drew.edu or fill out a support request at help.drew.edu for technology queries at any time.
You can also call 973-408-4357 (HELP) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We recommend calling before coming to the desk to ensure someone is available to help you. Appointments scheduled through a Helpdesk ticket are still required for some services.
Please note that Drew University is observing “summer Fridays”, so services might be limited on Fridays after 12:30pm between May 19 and August 11.
Instructional Technology needs should be directed to the Helpdesk by emailing helpdesk@drew.edu. The Classroom Tech Help Line, 973-408-3001 will be available for classes that are in session, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
