University Technology is a learning organization that proactively engages with our partners to build trust by supplying secure, stable, and forward-facing resources and expertise to help Drew University meet its goals.
We are staffed by employees of CampusWorks and supported by a small pool of Drew students.

Commonly Used Technology Services
Website-based services like Google (Mail, Drive, Calendar), Banner, and Moodle can always be reached from on and off campus. Although written for a specific period of time, the information and instructions linked from this “Working From Home” page in U-KNOW may be helpful. We have also collected information on specific topics and tools at our Teaching, Learning and Working Remotely pages.

You can also call 973-408-4357 (HELP) during regular hours (typically M-F 9am-5pm). Appointments scheduled through a R0B0SQRL ticket are required to ensure someone is available to help you.
Instructional Technology needs should be directed through R0B0SQRL by visiting help.drew.edu or emailing [email protected]. The Classroom Tech Help Line, 973-408-3001 will be available for classes that are in session, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
