Caspersen Students

- Incomplete Grade Request scroll down to the student forms section and click the “Request an Incomplete” link.
- Petition to the Faculty
- Includes: late registration, incomplete requests, tutorial registration, waiver of requirement, concentration declaration, etc.
- Declaration of concentration: select “General Petition to Faculty” as the type on the petition to the faculty form and indicate which concentration to add in the text box.

- Re-Entry Application (Form is housed on the Center for Academic Excellence webpage under “Forms”)

Theological Students

- Drew Theological School Community Fellow Application
- Incomplete Grade Request scroll down the page and click the “form” link under the “Request an Incomplete” header.
- Petition to Academic Standing
- Includes: tutorial registration, waiver of requirement, etc.
- Re-Entry: select “General Petition to Faculty” as the type on the Petitions to the Academic Standing Committee form and indicate which term you are requesting to return.
- Exemption from a Course Requirement: select “Request for waiver of required course” as the type on the Petitions to the Academic Standing Committee form.
- Cross-Registration Form – to be used by Drew University students studying at a partner institution or students from General Theological Seminary, Union Theological Seminary, and NY Theological Seminary wanting to take a course at Drew.
- MOU (Cross-Reg) Form – to be used by students from Lancaster Theological Seminary or Palmer Theological Seminary
