Treasury oversees the management of and accounting for the Endowment and other non-operating and operating investments, all banking relationships, the issuance of long-term debt and compliance with bond covenants, and the administration of state and federal grants.

Endowment
The investment of endowment assets has been outsourced to Hall Capital Partners. In its capacity as Outsourced Chief Investment Officer, Hall is responsible for selection of investment managers and asset allocation for the endowment portfolio in accordance with the University-approved Investment Policies and Guidelines Statements.

Grants
Treasury is responsible for the administration of state and federal grants. All grant applications should be submitted to Advancement for initial review. The Treasury Department will work with the Principal Investigator (PI) to ensure the proper accounting for grants, complete mandated filings, and ensure the collection of grant monies.
