Students can build networks, pursue immersive experiences
September 2020 – Throughout the semester, Drew University will host a variety of virtual events as part of the 2020 Launch Communities Expo.
The Expo’s panels and fairs are designed to connect students to the broader Drew community and provide them with opportunities to build their professional networks and pursue immersive experiences that will help launch their futures.

Launch Community Panel Series – Ongoing throughout semester
Each of these virtual conversations between students, alums, employers and other Drew community members focus on a single Launch career or identify/affinity community or field of study. Students will hear about successes, challenges, and experiences and learn how they can advance their own plans, all while building connections.
View recordings of concluded events in this series or RSVP for an upcoming panel at the Community Panel Series website. Interested in serving on an upcoming panel? Email us at [email protected].
Launch Immersive Experiences Fair – October 2
Hear live student presentations about different types of immersive experiences offered by Drew’s Launch Center and their campus partners. From research to study abroad programs, internships to civic projects, the fair will showcase the exceptional variety of programs and opportunities available to advance students’ academic careers.
Launch Communities Fair – October 23
The 16 Launch career and identity/affinity communities are not communities of membership—they are communities of interest. The communities are on display at the Launch Communities Fair where students can interact with community-related faculty, student club leaders, alums, employers, and staff who are interested in or identify with the communities.
