Prospective Students and Families
How do I apply to take advantage of the tuition freeze?
All students who are admitted to Drew for Fall 2027 and students currently enrolled will be covered under the tuition freeze. All you need to do is submit your admission application.
When will I receive information about scholarships and other financial aid?
Merit scholarships are included in your admission decision. We use the FAFSA to determine need-based financial aid. Once you’ve been admitted and we have your FAFSA, your financial aid offer is sent to you 1-2 weeks after admission.
Will this freeze apply for years after 2027-28?
Drew has not established tuition and fee rates beyond the 2027-28 year at this time.
If I choose Drew, do I have to do anything to make sure I get this cost?
The only thing you need to do is submit your enrollment deposit to join the Drew community.

How will this impact my current financial aid and/or scholarships?
If you have a merit scholarship, that will stay the same for your 4 years at Drew as long as you maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress. Your need-based financial aid is reviewed each year based on your FAFSA information. If your family circumstances stay the same as they are this year, you can expect your need-based financial aid to stay the same as well.
Are other fees staying the same as well?
Mandatory fees and the standard double room cost are staying the same. The costs for other housing options, meal plans, and some fees have changed. You can view the comprehensive fee list here.
When will I get my 2027-28 bill?
Your Fall 2027 financial aid offer and bill will be released in June 2027.
Do I have to do anything to lock in this tuition for next year?
You do not have to do anything. We are holding tuition steady for all undergraduate students for the coming year.
Will this freeze apply for years after 2027-28?
Drew has not established tuition and fee rates beyond the 2027-28 year at this time.
