Where he’s going
Cardoza Ochoa will be a research associate for PsychoGenics, a contract research company.

The Drew Center for Career Development helped me develop a stronger resume for my job applications, prepared me for interview questions, and also helped with research related inquiries. My mentors and bosses have guided me through my undergraduate career, applying to programs during the summers, developing successful events for the Drew community, and enhancing my network.”
Key advice
“Building a network is highly important. In the future, you will need references for your dualities, work ethic, performance, and commitment. Also, having a set goal in life is critical to your way of thinking. Last but not least, my favorite thing to highlight is that the way in which you represent yourself will always matter. I make sure I dress for success as often as I can so that I always have an ambitious perspective for my goals.”
