Drew University hosts more than 40 camps and conferences throughout the summer season, which runs from mid-May through mid-August. Drew’s central location in Morris County, NJ and its proximity to train stations with direct access to NYC, makes the campus ideal for internship programs, sports camps, project graduations, and other educational and leadership short and long-term programs.

What to bring…
Listed below are some suggested items of what you should bring along if you are attending an overnight camp at Drew University:
- Box fan or oscillating fan (some of Drew’s residence halls are not air conditioned)
- Shower shoes/flip-flops
- Linen*/sleeping bag/towels (Including hand towels for bathroom usage. Unless specified by your camp, Drew does not provide linen)
- Hair dryer
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
*All of Drew’s residence halls have extra-long twin beds.
What not to bring…
Listed below are items you should not bring along if you are attending an overnight camp at Drew University:
- Air Conditioners
- Large amounts of money
- Valuables
- Halogen light fixtures
