May 2024 – Drew University honored the graduating classes of each of its three schools in separate ceremonies on Friday and Saturday.
President Hilary L. Link, PhD, celebrating her first Drew Commencement, led the ceremonies for the College of Liberal Arts, Caspersen School of Graduate Studies, and Drew Theological School.
Over the two days, more than 500 students received their Drew diplomas and crossed the Commencement platform on Mead Hall lawn.
Graduates heard from Commencement speakers James Van Der Beek (CLA), Harriett Jane Olson (Theological School), and Laura Winters C’79, G’87,’90 (Caspersen) addressed the graduates, as well as student speakers Chekwube Okunowo C’24, Mehek Agrawal C’23, G’24, and Yeeun Kim T’24.
