May 2025 – As the academic year ends, the futures of the Drew University Class of 2025 are beginning.

Ben Cacoilo C’25
Finance major, Economics and Data Science minors
Where he’s headed: Taking part in Drew’s Dual-Degree in Finance program at Drew’s Caspersen School of Graduate Studies. This summer, Ben will intern at TP ICAP in New York City.
On his time at Drew: “The close-knit, hands-on experience at Drew has significantly shaped both my education and professional development. Collaborating with faculty who bring real-world industry experience, as well as with motivated classmates, has allowed me to learn and grow at an accelerated pace. Additionally, unique programs like Drew’s Wall Street Semester have provided incredible exposure to leading institutions in the finance industry and the opportunity to connect with some of Drew’s most accomplished alumni in the field.”

Where she’s headed: St. John’s School of Law
On her time at Drew: “Looking back at my past four years, it’s the professors who supported me, the friends who empowered me, and the community that surrounded me that made my Drew experience so memorable.”

Master of Education (MEd)
What she achieved: A writing teacher honored as Teacher of the Year at Columbia Middle School in Berkeley Heights, NJ
Her praise for the MEd program: “As a middle school teacher, I tell my students that in order to strengthen their writing, it’s key to write often. Pursuing a Master of Education at Drew has empowered me to do exactly that, ultimately helping me to rediscover my love of both writing and education along the way.”

Biochemistry & Molecular Biology major, Biology minor
Where she’s headed: Pursuing a Master of Science in Chemical Biology with a certificate in Drug Discovery at Stevens Institute of Technology
On her time at Drew: “My time at Drew encouraged me to become the type of scientist I once looked up to.”
