What is a Wellness Mentor?

Drew’s Wellness Mentor Program mission is to increase mental health awareness in the campus community from a wide-scale to an individual level. The Wellness Mentors host and collaborate on outreach events to inform and equip the student population on ways to address mental health topics that typically affect college students. They also work one-on-one with students as a guide and support to identify goals to achieve academic and wellbeing success.

Wellness Mentors are trained to assist peers through their journey at university and become well-rounded in both the academic and personal spheres.
