8 a.m. – Noon College of Liberal Arts move-in for first-year students, Lancaster Road entrance

- Get your Drew ID and your room key in your residence hall lounge.
8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Bed, Bath & Beyond tent sale, in front of Brown Hall
10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Commuter student check-in, Ehinger Center’s Crawford Hall
- Enter campus via the Glenwild Gate (back of campus), park in the commuter student lot behind Sitterly House and walk to the Ehringer Center.

- Madison Business & Drew Department Fair at lunch: Meet representatives from Drew departments and local businesses who are here to help in your transition to campus.

3 – 4:15 p.m. Opening of school ceremony and class pinning, lawn behind Mead Hall
- University leaders—including President MaryAnn Baenninger, Provost Debra Liebowitz, Teacher of the Year Carlos Yordan and Student Government President Salma Mahmoud—welcome you to Drew. Members of the Class of 2022 will receive a class pin and sign our matriculation books—a campus tradition. Parents and families are invited to join us for this special ceremony!

These exams are only for students who did not attend or take placement exams during Summer Orientation in July 2018.

- Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, German, Latin, Spanish, and Russian (Academic Commons inside the Library)
- Math (Academic Commons inside the Library)
- Students registered to take Calculus (MATH 150) must take this exam
- Students who plan to take calculus or pre-calculus, at some point during their time at Drew, must also take the exam
- Biology (Hall of Sciences, Room 244)
- This exam is only for students who have received a 4 or 5 on the AP Biology Exam and are seeking exemption from the lecture component of Biology 150.
- Bring a pen or pencil and a basic (not scientific) calculator.
- Chemistry (This exam is online; it can be taken at any time here.)

Help harvest crops at a beautiful farm for America’s Grow-a-Row, an organization that provides fresh produce to the hungry in New Jersey.
- This project requires an online pre-registration here.
- Box lunches will be provided
- Bus will return to campus at 5 p.m.
B. 2 – 5 p.m. Self-defense training, Baldwin Gym’s Haselton Dance Room
- Provide you with incredible tools and insight to protect yourself, if ever needed. Please wear comfortable clothing, as this is an active workshop. Online pre-registration required here.
