U.S. News: Drew University Moves Up Four Spots

Only school in New Jersey on national list of top liberal arts schools

September 2020 – Drew University has moved up four spots to 113th in the country in U.S. News & World Report‘s annual rankings.

The 2021 list of Best National Liberal Arts Colleges has Drew as the only school in New Jersey in the top tier of 150 schools, public or private.

Drew made several other standalone U.S. News & World Report lists. Drew was ranked 45th in the nation in social mobility, based on Pell Grant data, and was named to the unranked “Most International Students” list of 50 liberal arts schools.

Recently, Drew received similarly favorable accolades from other publications as well. Washington Monthly ranked Drew 69th in the nation among liberal arts colleges, and The Princeton Review placed Drew on its annual The Best 386 Colleges list, with top 20 praise in theater production and race/class interaction categories.
