Twelve students were inducted into the Rho Alpha Sigma national honor society
May 2025 – Drew University has recognized 12 students inducted into the Eta Chapter of Rho Alpha Sigma, the national honor society for student leaders in residence life.
This year’s inductees, comprised of community advisors (CAs) and house advisors (HAs), were selected through a competitive process focused on celebrating the students’ outstanding academic achievements, leadership, and impact within the residential community.
“Over the past year, these student leaders have gone above and beyond in their roles, planning engaging and meaningful programs, building strong and inclusive communities in the residence halls, and serving as consistent sources of support and guidance for their peers,” said Steven Couras, director of residence life and student conduct. “Their leadership has helped shape a positive residential experience at Drew, and their commitment to giving back to the community continues to strengthen the heart of campus life.”
The inductees came away from the ceremony feeling honored and appreciated for their work.
“I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to join Rho Alpha Sigma,” said Eva Esqueda C’26. “It feels great to be recognized for my hard work and dedication as a community advisor, and I plan to continue upholding the ideals of this honor society next year!”
“I wouldn’t be the CA I am today without the support of my residents, as their trust and engagement are what make the role so meaningful,” added Alexander Graziano C’27. “I am truly honored to be inducted into Rho Alpha Sigma.”
