Locating a Student’s PIN
During Fall and Spring registration, some students require a PIN in order to register for classes. Advisors provide the PIN to the student either during an advising appointment or after the student has checked in with the advisor. Students will need a PIN to drop with a W as well. PINs are assigned to the following students for Fall and Spring registration (eff Spring 2026):
- All degree-seeking College of Liberal Arts students, except:
- students in a non-degree or distance learning program
- incoming new/transfer admits for the registration term
- Caspersen School of Graduate Studies students in History, Conflict Resolution, or the GPATH program.
- Theological School degree-seeking continuing students in the Professional Master’s, Academic Master’s, and PhD levels, except:
- incoming students for the registration term in Academic Master’s and PhD levels.
