Drew provides alumni Classnotes online. These publications are released twice per year with a fall/winter issue and a spring/summer issue. Whether it is a new job, new family member, professional achievement, a marriage or a recent adventure—check out what your fellow alums of the College of Liberal Arts, Caspersen School of Graduate Studies, and Drew Theological School are up to. You may also look through previous publications of Classnotes. In addition, we honor the memories of Drewids lost in the In Memoriam section of each issue. Submit a Classnote by contacting your Class Secretary or by filling out this form . Contact [email protected] with any questions.

What is changing with access to Google storage associated with my Drew account?
Access to Google storage, including Google Drive and Google Photos associated with your Drew account, will be discontinued as of July 1, 2026.
After considering a variety of factors, we made this decision primarily in response to Google’s 2023 changes to account and storage limits for educational institutions.
What steps should I take now?
- Move your Google Drive documents and Google Photos to a personal storage solution like an external hard drive, USB Drive, or other service like a personal Google account, personal Office 365 account, or OneDrive.
- Delete all content remaining in your Drew Google Drive and Photos storage.
How do I move my data?
- First check the amount of data you currently have in your alumni Google account. It is recommended that you delete any files that are not needed before transferring or downloading your data to speed up the process. Most personal Google accounts include 15 GB of storage space, which is able to store approximately 15,000 documents, 1,200 presentations, or 16.5 hours of video.
Then, proceed with one or both of these options:
- Copy all content from your Drew account to another Google account.
- Download your Google data if you are transferring the data to a non-Google account or copying only some data.
For more information about eliminating your Google storage, please see this instruction page.
If you have questions about this policy, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected].
