Welcome to the Office of the Registrar
The role of the Registrar’s Office is to serve the mission of the school by supporting students, faculty, and staff through the maintenance of the institution’s data, providing guidance in the development of academic policies, creating procedures that uphold policies, and “safeguard[ing] the integrity of the institution’s records and degrees” (“The Registrar’s Guide” 7). Some of the main functions of the Registrar’s Office are to provide transcripts and enrollment verifications, facilitate registration, maintain the academic catalog and degree requirements, build the class schedule, assign classrooms, process matriculated student transfer credit, and oversee grade submission.
Students with questions about what classes to take or what will count towards their degree should work with their academic advisor. Students should also refer to the registration error messages section of our website if they are running into registration related issues.
