How to Enroll

Drew University is offering a limited number of licenses for learners to complete one Google Career Certificate at a time through Coursera. This ensures that as many participants as possible can benefit from the program.

Before enrolling, review the Certificates Page to choose the credential that best aligns with your career goals and availability. Be realistic about your time commitment, as licenses are assigned for a set period based on your selection in the enrollment form.

Enrollment Steps

To request access to a Google Career Certificate, fill out the enrollment form below. You will need to indicate:

  1. Which certificate you want to complete first (you can only complete one at a time)

How do I apply?
Eligible participants can apply through a form on the Drew University website. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and spots are limited. Applicants will hear back about their status within approximately one week, though responses may take longer during university holidays.
Where and how will I complete the program?
Certificates are on Coursera, a global online learning platform that partners with Drew University and Google. You can access your instructional videos, readings and assignments anytime and anywhere via the web or your mobile device.

You will also save money by participating through this free partnership with Drew University.

This is a non-credit opportunity but still a very worthwhile investment of your time and energy!
What do I receive after completing one of the Google Certificates?
You will earn a Google Career Certificate featuring Drew, along with a LinkedIn badge to showcase your achievement.
What if I start a program and find it’s not for me? Can I switch to a different certificate before finishing my current one?
Yes! If you’d like to switch to a different Google Career Certificate before completing your current one, please email [email protected] for guidance and next steps.
Can I pursue more than one certificate?
Yes! Students may only take one certificate at a time, but after completing their current certificate, they can reapply through the form on the Drew University website to take another.
How long do students have to complete a certificate, and what happens if they are inactive?
Most Google Career Certificates can be completed within 3–6 months, depending on how much time a student dedicates each week. Students are encouraged to stay actively engaged throughout the program. If a student is inactive for 30 days, they will receive a reminder to continue their learning. Students who remain inactive for 90 days may have their access withdrawn so the license can be reallocated to another learner.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
