Environmental Justice Minor
Degrees in environmental justice are a rarity among liberal arts schools. Thankfully, Drew’s rich history in environmental justice and passionate faculty allowed Drew to add it to its list of minors for fall 2023. Students can earn credits through an interdisciplinary roster of classes in environmental studies and sustainability, anthropology, English, and women’s and gender studies.

Drew Environmental Science students can join a variety of groups and organizations, including:
- Action Scholars Community Projects
- TERRA – (Transforming Environmental and Religious Resources for Action) provides opportunities for education and advocacy regarding ecological issues, specifically for the students of the theological school, and for the student body of Drew University .
- Volunteer Without Borders – for students to serve in a meaningful, non-disruptive way, and to take away from the experience respect for the place they’ve worked and the people they’ve worked with.
