Hours
The Service Response Center is located in the Pepin Service Building. Current hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After Hours:
Facilities has technical and custodial staff on campus much of the time even when the service center is closed. If you are in need of immediate service after the Service Response Center has closed, please contact Campus Security at 973- 408- 3379 to dispatch emergency support. You may also contact your CA / Professional Staff In Residence for issues in your residence hall.
As “The University in the Forest,” Drew University Facilities Management Department is committed to maintaining the buildings and grounds to the highest possible standards at Drew University, and takes great pride in doing so. The department staff includes professionals in all aspects of facilities maintenance.

The department provides quality, timely, and cost effective service to the Drew Community through the following underlying principles:
