University Technology

University Technology is a learning organization that proactively engages with our partners to build trust by supplying secure, stable, and forward-facing resources and expertise to help Drew University meet its goals.

We are staffed by employees of CampusWorks and supported by a small pool of Drew students.

Winter Break Schedule

Drew University closes at 5pm on Friday, December 20, 2024 and reopens at 9am on Thursday, January 2, 2025. During this time, you can find many answers at the Technology Help and Information page and you can submit a support request at the R0B0SQRL. If you cannot login, you can email [email protected]. Please note that the team will be on holiday and may not see your request until the University reopens. Have a wonderful break!

Walk-Up Support (Academic Commons main floor)

Appointments are still recommended for in-person services. We will accommodate walk-up requests to the best of our ability.

Commonly Used Technology Services

Website-based services like Google (MailDriveCalendar), Banner, and Moodle can always be reached from on and off campus. Although written for a specific period of time, the information and instructions linked from this “Working From Home” page in U-KNOW may be helpful. We have also collected information on specific topics and tools at our Teaching, Learning and Working Remotely pages.
